Standard shipping is only possible to the countries listed below. Depending on the size of your order, the goods will be shipped by DPD, UPS, Deutsche Post or a freight forwarder.

I. Shipping Within Germany

We offer free shipping for all orders throughout Germany.

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within Germany in 3-4 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that no delivery will be made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

The shipping costs can only be determined when there are items in the shopping cart. If you have any questions, please email us at info@pioneer-verpackungen.de and we will answer your questions.

II. Shipping Outside Germany

Deliveries outside Germany are currently excluded.

Should you wish to ship to another country, please write us an e-mail to info@pioneer-verpackungen.de before placing an order, stating the item with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postcode. We will then inform you shortly whether we can ship to the desired country and - if delivery to the desired delivery address is possible - inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner in advance about the shipping option and the costs.
